We require at least 24 hours in advance, but preferably with a margin of more than 72 hours in order to be able to provide the service without any risk of unexpected events.
You will automatically receive a confirmation email that your reservation has been completed.
The exchange rate for foreign currency will be taken on the day of booking from the rate published on www.sat.gob.mx
If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, we charge 50% of the cost of the total price.
What do I need to do if I want to make some changes to the set route plan?
The cost will depend on how long takes to make each stop: 1 hour = 60 usd, less then an hour = 30 usd.
It is unlikely to have this happening since at the end of each service we check the vehicle thoroughly to make sure you do not forget anything. However, in case of any personal items left remaining inside the vehicle, we will have it sent to you wherever you request, with a local delivery fee. If you have already left the city or country, we have it send to you with the standard shipping cost.
As much as you like, there is no limit on volume or weight.
Blue Star is not responsible in case of missed flights due to accidents or adverse weather conditions.
You can make the transaction through Paypal or by a bank transfer using a debit / credit card (VISA and MasterCard) with an additional charge of 5.2% of the total cost.
Of course. Once the payment is made, you can send your tax information to info@felipebertin.mx so we can issue the corresponding invoice.
